Book Club

Pick up a copy of this month's book selection and read at your leisure.  Return the book when you meet with the group to discuss.  This club meets once a month.

Garden Club

The Garden Club meets twice a month and discusses the many facets of gardening both inside and outside.  They often take fieldtrips around the state to do tours and visit other gardens during the growing season.

Many members of this group also help plant, tender and harvest the raised garden beds outside the Lowell Center building.  The produce that is harvested is set out for free inside the Lowell Center for seniors to enjoy at home. 

Lowell Center Writers

Sometimes a topic is assigned, other times we ask that you bring a story of your choice to share with the group.  This group does not critique your story, they just share the love of writing with one another. 

Senior Sing Along Group

This fun and energetic group meets at Lowell Center on the first Tuesday of the month for a rehearsal and the following Tuesdays they visit area nursing and assisted living facilities to share their love of music.  No experience is necessary and all song lyrics are provided.  If you have talent on an instrument that you would like to share we welcome that talent as well.
